the property. They are available to assist you during normal
business hours and emergency assistance is available 24 hours a day.

- South Platte Terrance is proud to provide you a nice place to a
swim and relax during the summer months. The outdoor pool is located in our
large courtyard; open enough for the warm sun of summer but closed from
those outside the community.

We have built a sand bottom play area and equipped it with playground
equipment.
